COVID-19 POLICY

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic all 2020 Journey Retreat dates are being rescheduled. Together with our partners we are monitoring the situation and working to provide a range of alternative Journey Retreat dates in 2021.

Customers who have made payments towards any Journey Retreats rescheduled due to the COVID-19 pandemic will be given equal credit towards alternative Journey Retreat dates in 2021.

We will contact customers from all rescheduled Journey Retreats on or before 1st October 2020 with an update. If the situation permits we will provide alternative 2021 Journey Retreat dates at that time. Customers who are unable to attend any of the alternative Journey Retreat dates provided by us will be able to submit a request for a refund.

 

Cancellations 

All deposits are non refundable. Cancellations within 30 days may be fully non refundable. Please ensure you have the relevant travel insurance that may cover you in the case of unforeseen circumstances such as illness or accidents. Some cancellations may be partly refundable, but cancellation charges will apply. Journey Retreats is unable to provide any refund to you until we receive the funds from the relevant supplier.
